Thrive into the New Year

If you’re looking for something to reset your operating system, to tap into what makes you stay at the top of your game, happy, healthy, and thriving, then join me in an experiential journey of self-discovery and leadership for Thriving Mind Summer School.

This is a four-week program to kickstart your 2022 facilitated by Author, Speaker, Presenter and Coach, Dr Jenny Brockis, so you can put your best foot forward, starting January 3rd.

The Curriculum

Week 1

Discover how to create more positivity and happiness in your life. And no, it’s not just thinking positively.

Week 2

Tap into your renewable energy resources to discover how to keep your mental battery topped up and fully optimised.

Week 3

Be introduced to mastering flow, possibility thinking and the ‘Nuff family.

Week 4

Take the opportunity to pull everything together and start working on a great year ahead.

How Does Thriving Mind Summer School Work?

Thriving Mind Summer School is delivered over 4 weeks with a weekly Zoom call. Here’s what you can expect when enrolled in Summer School:

Live Sessions

There are 4 live, weekly Zoom calls over the duration of the program*. You’ll be emailed a link to access the weekly call on the Monday of each week.

Each week, we’ll spend an hour together on Zoom to learn a bit, think a bit and talk together about the power of positivity, the way to make self-care easier, how to adopt a learning mindset and of course to maintain your mental wellbeing by tapping into your super skill of connection.

 Starting Jan 4th, the calls will be held on Tuesday at 9 am AWST / 12 midday AEST.

*All calls will be recorded for those unable to attend the live sessions.

 

Course Community & Homework

During the live calls you’ll be given the opportunity to ask myself and other students questions and share your ideas. After each weekly session, you’ll be given homework and reflections (about 15 to 30 minutes worth) to complete before the next session. 

Dr Jenny Brockis

Hi, I’m Dr Jenny Brockis.

I help people who are over-busy, overstretched and exhausted find the calm, clarity and confidence needed to enjoy a successful career AND live a fulfilled and rich life.

As a medical practitioner, board-certified lifestyle physician, business owner, consultant, partner, mum and sister I get how hard getting everything done to the level you know you’re capable of without making silly mistakes, tripping yourself up or making a really bad decision can be.

How do I know?

Because I’ve been there.

I’ve experienced bouts of depression, lived with chronic anxiety and experienced burnout that led to the loss of a business.

Those experiences taught me so much, as has working with the many people I supported who were on their own journey of restoring health and wellbeing and consulting with business owners and leaders at their wit’s end to know how to best support their employees without making themselves sick or burning out.

I'm very busy/exhausted right now. How will I make time to benefit from Summer School?

I hear you because I’ve been there.

If you’re feeling constantly busy and fatigued, what will help is to discover the next steps you need to take and to know how to put them into action.

It’s a good indicator that now is time to pull back and ask, “What do I really want?”.

In Summer School, you will uncover the steps to becoming the best version of you.

Not only can you pick my brain, but you will also have the support of fellow students to help with the process.

How many hours should I set aside each week?

Students should allocate 2 to 3 hours per week for the duration of the program.

This includes time for the live calls, which are 1 hour per week.

When can I access the program?

You’ll get the access links to the live* sessions when the program begins on 3rd January 2022. However, you can enrol at any time.

What's the refund policy?

I want to see you thrive! However, if you’ve put in the work for the full 4-weeks and have found the material is just not for you, you can claim a full refund within 7 days of course completion.

What is the price and currency?

Thriving Mind Summer School is a 4-week program. The program costs AUD $195 +GST.
