Jenny and Angela know brains. Jenny is a doctor who has specialised in brain fitness. She has dedicated years of her professional life to understanding how our brains work and how we can get the most out of our brains through using them to their full capacity. Jenny has worked with all levels of businesses and organisations to help individuals and teams become more productive and more focused through maximising the full power of the brain. She is able to interpret the data so it has real life application. She turns our brains and our habits into tools for maximum productivity. She really knows her stuff, she has written 3 books on the topic.
Angela is an occupational therapist who has worked with business owners and organisational teams to help them cut through the overwhelm and complexity of the multitude of choices we have to make in our work day. From the simple acts like how to clear your head to find clarity, to pulling together ideas to create strategic plans, Angela is the person you need to help you make better decisions about the things that matter to you. She knows a thing or two about the power of the brain, as sustaining a head injury herself after a hockey accident and she has developed practical and realistic strategies to help people find focus.
The world is getting faster, we seem to have more to do and less time to do it in and we appear to be having trouble keeping up with the demands of an ever changing world. Our goal with From Frantic to Focused is to provide you with the why's, the what's and the how's to maximise the full power of your brain so you can do more in less time and have the energy to do the things you want in life. From Frantic to Focused was created after it became clear to us that…
- No matter your work role, the demands are increasing, demands on time, energy and resources — leaving people frustrated and exhausted at the thought of having to fit any more in. A new approach to managing the work day is needed.
- People are doing too much, and never feel like they have the energy or time to do the things they enjoy. Being good at everything is not the answer but having focus on what matters is.
- Most business owners are trying to deliver their expertise AND run a business feeling like they are never doing a good enough job.
- People are using out of date strategies to help them find focus and manage their day. The world is changing fast and current strategies to apply into the workforce of today is needed.
- We know brains and we know the business world so together we want to help people who are tired, busy and feeling frantic to be able to stop running ragged and find focus, be more productive and be living the life they choose.
